  More than just a gym, Vision Mona Vale is my social centre where I have made many friends with similar goals and aspirations. The weight loss program works, but don't be in a hurry to leave once you have reached that first goal. I have been a regular at Vision Mona Vale for more than seven years, and I still find it stimulating and challenging. If you are in a fitness rut, you will find the Vision studio friendly and non judgmental. After all, we have all been in the same place and we applaud everyone's success.

  I cannot recommend the team at Vision Mona Vale more highly. I love walking into the gym having every team member know my name. I know if my trainer isn't there, I could ask any other trainer anything regarding my diet or workout and they would go out of their way to be helpful and kind. They are supportive, friendly and informative and have provided me with the best health and fitness experience in my journey. Thanks to all of them

  Great team that are able to get some amazing results. Really recognise that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to weight loss and training and customised their approach to fit my needs. I've been going to Vision Mona Vale for a couple of years now, initially to loose weight and then more recently to get fitness and strength gains and both worked great. I also know of other people, including close friends, that have been able to get some life changing weight loss results.

  An absolutely fantastic facility! Such a friendly and supportive environment at Vision Mona Vale. The trainer's truly care about you and your results and this makes for an amazing experience that you won't get at any other gym. I highly recommend this personal training studio to anyone looking for real results in an environment where you matter and aren't just another number!
